BNICG offers several courses, all related to IP Telephony (including Trixbox, Elastix and Vicidial) and all taught by experts. BNICG has chosen to offer two different types of courses: Hands On and Webinars.

The "Hands On" courses offer students the ability to learn by doing without distraction. These courses are generally longer (several hours to several days), but MUCH more in-depth. "Webinar" courses, on the other hand, typically deal with one topic and are generally one hour or less, allowing training to fit into the student's busy schedule.
